Me ( Dr. Asif Ahmad ) born and raised in Pakistan, completed schooling in province of Punjab. Higher professional education completed at National Institute of Food Science and Technology and  earned the  PhD degree in Food technology . I possess  vast teaching and research experience in field of Nutrition, Food science and Agriculture at university level and served on different positions at PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I am member of many scholastic societies and Journal Editorial Boards working in field of Food science and Nutrition. Authorship  of two books, seventeen book chapters and more than 100 journal articles is on my credit.  completed my Postdoc as Fulbright Exchange scholar in USA. I am serving as adjunct Researcher with Ton Duc Thang University Vietnam. In public serving capacity, I am working with Punjab Food AUthority on Scientific panel. Currently, I am working as Professor (Food Technology) and Director Institute of Food and Nutritional Sciences with PMAS-Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi.
