ABOUT ME

I have a PhD degree in Food Technology, with this qualification I have vast teaching and research experience at university level with focus on Nutrition, Food science and  bioactive nutraceuticals compounds.  I devised some low cost technologies for the extraction of dietry fibers. My research work has published in International peer reviewed journals, book chapters and monograph. Besides lecturing and research in food science and nutrition, I also served as team member for courses development at under graduate and post graduate levels in the discipline of Food Science & Technology.  I am also serving as editorial board member and reviewer for international scientific journals. In Past, I completed my postdoc from USA on Fulbright fellowship.
